Elders
Elders are generally in their 6th cycle of life. They are full and committed members. Their concern is the well-being of the community. They offer advice and help when needed. They are the guiders within the community. Moreover, they bind and review all the groups and activities in the community. Their responsibility is to push forward and review new ideas and keep everything running smoothly. They are respected by all. This is also a training ground for the becoming of a Guardian.
Guest
Anyone who is not a member of the community, but usually a visitor or invited speaker.
Guardians
These are the decision-makers, any major changes or attention given to something of great need within the Community must go through the Guardians. Their most important task is to maintain the philosophy, mission, and goals of the Community. Changes, in part or whole, are approached in a three-fold manner: Presentation, Deliberation Conclusion.
Their meetings and agenda are similar to the Elders, however, each Guardian has the task to investigate the History of the Community, making a presentation to the members, and writing articles about their investigation in the Newsletter. These investigations and articles are usually focused on a particular time in history, a review or critique of other current Communities, or a combination of both and how some ideas might be useful to our Community. Guardians often offer lectures on their findings and conclusions. These lectures are held on the last Sunday of the month in the lecture hall at 4PM.
To be clear, Guardians do not seek power or wealth, they must be trustworthy and in possession of holding a high moral character. They are regarded with great honor throughout the Community. To be a Guardian, you must be nominated by the Elders and invited to join by the other Guardians.

Volunteer
